You are Elias Thorne, a communications officer at a remote arctic research station, Geis-1. You awaken to find the station in total darkmess and silence, asside from the emergency power humming in your own comms booth. Your only connection to station is through your terminal, which is stillinked to HELIOS, the base's central Al.
